Port Side is perfectly situated, modern and stylish with private parking, two large bedrooms sleeping up to 5 people, open plan living space with wood fire and smart TV. Outside a private patio area and a terraced garden with BBQ area.
Brixham's picturesque coves, working harbour with restaurants, pubs and cafes and the South West Coastal footpath all a stones throw away.
The space
Port side is a bright, open plan property offering
a fully equipped kitchen, and a lounge/dining area with cosy, contemporary wood burner. Off the hall is a modern bathroom with heated towel rail and shower over bath. There is separate WC with integrated sink. The stairs lead up to two large bedrooms which look over the terraced garden to the rear. The twin room additionally has a sofa bed or can be made up as another double on request.

Excellent local taxi services available, local bus route with a stop 150 yards from Port Side.
Main bus service to Paignton/Torquay and beyond less than 10 minutes walk from Port Side.
Parking in and around Brixham is in high demand during peak season as there are limited spaces available making Port Side ideal as it has ample on street parking close by and is only a short walk into the town centre. Also really convenient for unloading and loading up your luggage.
Other things to note
Port Side has a private patio and shared terraced garden which is an absolute sun trap during the summer months. There is a BBQ provided for your enjoyment, though we do ask you to be respectful of our neighbours and other guests and to adhere to our quite times policy from 10pm to 7am.

Brixham has much to offer with a variety of independent pubs, restaurants and take aways, artisan shops and craft market, not to mention an abundance of activities within close proximity. Brixham is a beautiful place surrounded by areas of outstanding natural beauty, the South West Coastal Path is within 15 minutes walk from Port Side. Brixham is also still one of the few remaining working ports in the UK and if you like boats, you will love Brixham. There are a number of beaches within walking distance, Shoalstone and the Breakwater, Broadsands plus the coves at Fishcombe Churston and Elberry. There are also more beaches within a short drive. There is fantastic scenery in all directions, whether you take a drive and cross over to Dartmouth on the ferry, then carry on down to Slapton Sands or up to Dartmoor.
There is plenty to see and do in the area, ferry trips, steam train, golf, Paignton Zoo, House of Marbles, Model Village, fishing, walking, a truly stunning area.
