A Modern Balinese Poolside Villa rises against dramatic mountain vistas & emerald rice fields, featuring a pristine infinity pool. This 2-story villa accommodates up to 10 guests & includes: Air-conditioned open-style bedroom with 2 queen beds & 2 full double bed pullouts (8 guests in the bedroom); living area with extra bed setup (2 guests); full-size kitchen & dining area; living area with a 55" TV (Netflix) & tabletop games; clubhouse access & stellar views.
The space
Hillside Pandan comprises 3 main spaces: a guest suite and clubhouse building, a game court, and the poolside villa. There’s a convenient inside carport beside the villa, plus a front yard and a fragrant, luscious garden. Additional street parking along the property provides easy access. Set on a gentle hillside, the property offers sweeping views of Mt. Mayon, surrounding mountain ranges, a tranquil fish pond, and panoramic rice fields, creating a serene backdrop for your stay.
Guest access
As a guest in Hillside Pandan, you'll have access to a fantastic clubhouse that serves as a shared area for socializing and relaxation. Please note that the clubhouse may be shared with other guests or members of our family.
During your stay, you’re welcome to use the game court free of charge when it is vacant. Please note there is an additional fee for evening sessions to cover lighting costs. If you’d prefer, you can book the game court up to two (2) hours in advance per day to guarantee a slot for free. We aim to ensure you have a great experience during your stay.
Parking is free for all our guests, so you can conveniently park your vehicle without any additional charges.
Additionally, your comfort is important to us. The poolside villa is exclusively reserved for you, providing a private and relaxing space during your stay.
