The space
Newly turned over and very affordable condo at the 3rd floor of the newly built Shore2 ResidencesTower 1. It can accommodate up to 4 people complete in essential ammenites. This condo has one bedroom with balcony and measures 26.58 sq. m. 24/7 security and guards are stationed all over the property. It has smart door lock & fully furnished so bring your whole family/friends/loved ones and enjoy its luxury resort style amenities. No Vaccine Card needed.
BEDROOM has 1 Queen Bed and a pull out bed. (There's also 1 Sofa Bed in the Living Room.)
Sleep and truly relax on the Queen Bed with URATEX MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS. We also provide fresh high-quality sateen bedsheets with duvets from Ikea (both in the Queen bed and Sofa bed.) There is wardrobe cabinet to store guests’ clothes and belongings. There is also vanity table which can also be used as a working table. It also has blocked out curtains, iron, ironing board and first aid kit. The balcony has big open space with good view of the amenities/ pool and a great place to relax for fresh air and coffee while sitting in the chairs or just standing.
LIVING ROOM has 55 inch Smart TV's with Netflix, Youtube and GMA TV, Sofa Bed, chandelier with ceiling fan, air purifier for cleaner air
DINING ROOM has Dining table with 4 dining chairs
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with basic cutlery, utensils, pots and pans, wine glasses and cooking necessities.
1 WASHER: Spin dry only therefore clothes will come out damp. Hanging clothes in the balcony is not allowed. But for guests convenience, there is Washore Laundromat at the ground floor of Shore 2.
BATHROOM: Also has hot and cold showers, Bidet, Towel Rack, Towel and Hair Dryer. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

Swimming Pools in the second floor are optional and available to use for up to 4 authorized guests. Pool fee is 150 per person per day on regular days and 300 per person during Holidays. Pool is open from 6am - 10pm everyday. Guests can use all the pools in Tower 1 and the newly opened pools in Tower 2 and Tower 3.
Important Note: If you need 2 pool passes, you may buy directly at the Admin Office located at the Ground Floor of Tower 3. But if you need 3-4 pool passes, please contact and buy from Agnes preferably on the first day of your check-in. Admin Office Hours is from 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 12noon on Saturday.
Kindly wear proper swimming attire.
Female: Swim wear including wetsuits, cycling shorts
Male: Swimming trunks & board shorts, wet suits

Php 50.00 - First 4 Hours; Php 50.00 - Every Hour after
Php 300.00 - Overnight Fee (1:30am – 6:00am). Please inform the parking attendant if you will park overnight.
Php 200.00 - Lost ticket/Damaged Card
FIVE E-COM CENTER PARKING:
250 meters from Shore 2 Tower 1
Php 50 fixed rate + overnight fee after 12am
PAID PARKING OUTSIDE PREMISES:
Php 350 - Overnight Fee
One block from Shore Residences (Diokno Blvd. cor. BayShore Ave).
If you're walking from Shore, it's the vacant lot before Duty free Deluxe.
SERVICES / DINING in the G/F:
Laundry, Massage Spa's, Salon/Parlor, Alfamart Convenience Store, Starbucks, Korean, Chinese and Other Restaurants, Resto Bar, Dakasi Milk Tea, Food Deliveries using Mobile app is possible.
Gym is off limit to guests. No free parking.
Other things to note
Please provide us a copy of IDs of ALL guests at your earliest convenience so we can start processing your Guest Authorization Form. No need for Vaccine Card.
SELF CHECK-IN: 3pm or anytime after 3pm since we have smart door locks. Please present to the Security Guard the approved Guest Authorization Forms from the Admin to be sent to you by the host.
Early Check-in and Late Check Out are subject to availability.
SELF CHECK-OUT: 12 noon (Please turn off the AC and all the lights and kindly throw trash).
If you need anything in the middle of the night, there is a 24/7 convenience store. There are security guards manning the property 24/7 so you will always feel safe and secure.
