The beautiful Kiahuna Plantation Resort has only 4 one-story beachfront hales. This is the most luxurious one.

There is not a Four Seasons Resort on Kauai, so we built our own. We believe our hale is the nicest beachfront condominium on Kauai.

Here is your opportunity to stay in a fully equipped 650 sqft condominium that is located on the sand of Poipu Beach, arguably Poipu’s finest beach.

The space
One of the very few beachfront condominiums available on the island, Kiahuna Plantation 198 is the ideal vacation destination for a couple or a family looking for an ultra-rare, relaxing getaway.

The luxury condominium has the following amenities to make your vacation memorable:
A spacious 650 square foot unit with one bedroom, one full bath, a full kitchen, fully furnished living room with sofa bed, and a dining room for four, Hawaiian ceiling fans, and air conditioning in the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Open your Fleetwood sliding glass doors and enjoy panoramic oceanfront views from your private lanai and lawn. Only short privacy bushes separate you from the warm sand and ocean.

In the morning, enjoy views from your lanai while eating breakfast made in your kitchen. Then grab the beach chairs from the closet and enjoy a full day of surfing on the in-unit surfboard, standup paddleboarding, boogie boarding (in the closet), snorkeling and swimming - your backyard is Poipu Beach. The boutiques at the Poipu Shopping Village are a short walk away, while the upscale Kukuiula Shopping center is a few minutes away.

Additionally, your reservation includes complimentary use of our membership to the exclusive members only Poipu Beach Athletic Club across the street from the resort. Club membership provides you with access to one of the island's only fitness centers with a cardio room and weight pavilion; use of the resort pool, waterslide, hot tub, and sand-bottomed kiddie section; tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts; shuffleboard; yoga and water aerobics classes; and more!

In the evening, after watching the sunset from your lanai with a Hawaiian drink, enjoy watching a movie or catch up on your favorite show or sports team with your living room and bedroom TV.
