The space
The Gorgeous Disney Villa is a bespoke high end villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms so could sleep 9 guests. Professionally interior designed and furnished to the highest standards, it has free high speed WiFi, 2 Smart NETFLIX TVs .... two families can easily share this house as there are two masters with en-suite and 1 twin room with full bathroom.

Totally refurbished internally: washing and drying machines and pool heater, new AC, lighting, chandelier. New carpets and stainless steel appliances, new furnishings , new beds, driveway refinished, new bedding and towels, pool deck refinished.

This villa is the perfect location for a Disney Vacation!

Villa Details: The family room has a fully fitted kitchen, a 50 inch Smart TV with many channels, modern dining table with 6 chairs and and patio doors to the pool deck which overlooks private pool, it is screened on both side of our neighbours so is very private. The pool has a separate 24/7heateing and night time lighting, five sun loungers, 6 chairs, a table, being south east facing it also benefits from day long sun.
Sandy Ridge Subdivision : Located just minutes from Walmart and Publix, Shopping and Dining.

Our Villa is equipped with electronic lock, your access instructions will be sent directly.

Please feel free to park vehicles near the Villa and on the drive way at 270 Earlmont Place. There is also street parking available.

Families with more than 2 vehicles can park cars on Spring Meadow way. Please Avoid wheels touching/on the grass.

Follow all street signs and “No Parking” signs.
