Impeccably maintained, our villa features upgraded furniture, electronics, mattresses and flooring. Southern Dunes is a gated golf community that prides itself on the quality of its golf course & the security & beauty of its homes.

The space
Kick back and relax after a busy day at the parks in our private, screened south facing pool and patio overlooking the 2nd hole of the Southern Dunes Golf Course. Our fully furnished patio, complete with retractable awning and Weber barbeque, provides a great place to enjoy the sun, your meals, drinks, and beautiful evening sunsets.

To ensure our guests continue to enjoy the beauty & cleanliness of our villa, please note there is absolutely No Smoking, Pets, Parties or Large Gatherings permitted. Guests will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee if our no smoking rule is violated.
