Piomingo is located in the heart of Music City - 4.5 miles from Broadway - an eclectic, mid-century modern home in the historic, trendy neighborhood in West Nashville. We've included a vanity in each bedroom, all queen beds and one king, a restored blue tooth speaker bar, a piano, games, smart tv's in every room, and two brand new walk in showers.

The space
Driveway leads to the back of the house for a spacious parking area and backyard. Keypad entrances from front and back of house. Outdoor lounge area and a beautiful screened in patio in the back. Also screened in front porch. Washer and dryer in house. Mounted smart TV’s in 3 bedrooms and living room area. Bluetooth speaker in restored bar and in outside stereo in screened in patio. Two walk-in showers and 2.5 bathrooms. Vanity in every bedroom. Piano, bar, and games in front living room. The vibe of Piomingo is like no other!

Important to note:
- parties and events are not allowed.
- minimum age of primary renter is 25
- NO smoking of ANY kind in the house, (Designated area in back) NO underage drinking, and NO use of illegal drug. Pets allowed with fee. Has to be hypoallergenic pet please .
