This second-floor gem is centrally located near Fairmount Park and is in close proximity to City Avenue (2 blocks); Center City/Art Museum (7 min.); Manayunk (5 min.); the King of Prussia shopping district (30 min.) & other local attractions. No parties or events are allowed on the premises. The cozy 2-bedroom apt. is fully furnished and features all of the amenities you will need for your stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and wifi.

The space
This unit is located on the SECOND FLOOR AND IS NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. You must climb stairs to gain access to the unit.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment and balcony.

Other things to note
There are no parties allowed in the unit. Guests will be required to leave if there are large parties or nuisance issues for our neighbors with no refund for additional days. In addition to a fully stocked kitchen we also provide towels, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, cleaning products, a small supply of toilet paper and paper towels, board games and free off street parking and one private parking spaced behind the unit. Toilet paper, paper towels and soap are not restocked. A $150 fee will be imposed if check out occurs 30 minutes after check out time (after 11:30 am)
