🐾 No pets, in line with building policy.

🌊 Sargassum season: Seaweed can wash ashore on Caribbean beaches between April and August. Local beach clubs regularly clear their areas, but conditions can vary day to day.
🌀 Hurricane season: June – November. Brief power or water interruptions are rare but possible during storms.
