This lovely town home is one of few units that only requires a walk across 30A to get to the beach & just a short stroll to the pool as well! 2 Free bikes and wifi included!

Master Bedroom: Queen size bed, ceiling fan, tv, private porch.
Guest bedroom: Twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle. Pack-n-play is available.
Washing machine and dryer in room outside master bedroom.

The space
Our neighborhood, Cassine Garden, has two beautiful community pools, a nature and fitness trail, tennis courts, a half-basketball court, a lovely pond and a private picnic area. The community is very quiet and serene- perfect for a week long vacation or a quick weekend get-away! The central Seagrove Beach location makes all of 30-A easily accessible!

Perfect Harmony's downstairs features 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a foam mattress. The room has sliding glass doors that open up to the lower patio. The master bedroom also has mounted TV and ceiling fan. It opens to a private patio equiped with chairs for relaxing. The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds. The lower bunk is full size and the top bunk is a twin. There is also a twin trundle if you need even more sleeping space (only advised for our smallest guests)! In the bunk room you will also find a pack-n-play for our young guests (please bring your own linens if you need to use this). There is a mounted tv in the bunk room as well.

Upstairs you will find a comfy couch and oversized Crate and Barrel chair in the living area. Please feel free to log into your own streaming accounts for endless tv and movie watching. Also included is a retro Nintendo gaming system loaded with games! Lots of board games and a few toddler toys are also upstairs. The sliding glass doors on the second level opens up to a covered deck with a comfy couch and cafe lights - a great place to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine. Pull the curtains on the porch to have privacy! The dining area has a dining table with four chairs. There are also 2 bar stools at the kitchen bar. A small desk is available for anyone needing to do a little work. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need to prepare anything from a snack to a family feast! There is also a half bathroom upstairs.

The entire condo has Saltillo tile throughout. Framed photographs of local landmarks are displayed throughout the unit. Washing Machine and dryer is located in laundry room just off the master bedroom on the patio downstairs.

The rental includes 2 adult beach cruiser bicycles, beach and pool toys, pack-n-play and board games for the entire family! It is within walking distance to The 30A Trading Co (beach supplies), The Perfect Pig, Cafe 30-A, Brozini's Pizza, Goatfeathers Fish Market and Dough-Sea-Dough Donuts. And, of course, the beautiful beach is a short walk across the street! What more could you ask for!?!

During Summer months we require Sunday check in and check out. If you have ever travelled to or from our area on a Saturday (the typical check in and check out day on 30A), you will greatly appreciate the significant decrease in traffic! Unfortunately, we are not able to alter the Sunday check in/check out or offer early check in or late check out during the busy Summer rental season.

Neighborhood highlights

Our town home is in a wonderful, sleepy little neighborhood with 2 beautiful pools, tennis courts, and 10 miles of hiking trails. It also has a pond with a gazebo and picnic locations. We are just across from the beach... an easy 5-10 minute walk. There are several restaurants and stores within walking distance as well.

My husband and I were married on the beach in Seagrove in 2007 and have since grown into a family of 4.
