Enjoy the comfort and stunning views from our 40 square meter (430 sq ft) master bedroom suite with large steam shower. The room has a private entrance and commands prime position in our expansive 500 sqm home and elevated 1.5 acre property on one of Queenstown's most exclusive streets.

You'll love our super-king bed and large steam shower. With a 42" TV, Nespresso coffee pod, kettle, fridge and indoor/outdoor seating, you'll enjoy the privacy and views regardless of the weather.

Why stay at a standard hotel when you can have access to a beautiful private home on one of Queenstown's most exclusive streets?

Our gorgeous property is peaceful, quiet and private, yet only 10 minutes from the airport and all the shops and conveniences in Frankton. We're a 20 minute drive to the Queenstown or Arrowtown CBDs and 20 minutes to both ski field access roads.

We're fully fenced and gated, and you'll enjoy stunning, uninterrupted river and mountain views....and the cycling/hiking trails are accessible right on our doorstep.

Weddings, elopements, honeymoons please enquire! Our spacious, comfortable, well-appointed bedroom and gorgeous surroundings have been enjoyed by dozens of couples for honeymoons, proposals, engagements, wedding accommodations, and elopements. With great natural light and tons of indoor/outdoor space for the entire wedding entourage, including hair, makeup, photographers, planners, etc., we're happy to assist with surprise proposals, organise food, and more. (Fees may apply) We even have a garment steamer for wedding dresses and suits, and yes, you can land a helicopter here!

Behind our fully fenced and gated driveway, you'll have a private, secure entrance to your bedroom suite via our lockable floor to ceiling, triple width sliding glass door.

The bedroom has a very large, fully tiled ensuite bathroom with steam shower, toilet, two sinks, heated towel rails and heated floor.

There's a large walk-in wardrobe for all your luggage, and our prime position and superb build quality ensure that you are warm and cosy all year round.

You'll enjoy two chairs and a table inside, and another two chairs and a table outside, so plenty of seating options to enjoy morning coffees, afternoon snacks, or evening cocktails.

Please note: There is NO access to the other areas of the home and there are no cooking facilities (other than a microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee) , however all local food delivery services are available.
