A quaint 3 bedroom tiny home with huge covered deck overlooking the hillside bordering the Catharine Valley Trail. Enjoy a fire at night in your own fire pit. Wood supplied. Fishing is welcomed at the small well stocked pond. Cook out on the propane grill. Enjoy the abundant wildlife and listen to the sounds of the peepers at night. Plenty of parking. Close to Watkins Glen, WGI, and centrally located to all the beautiful falls and wineries. Note: hot water tank is small but reheats fast & is hot

The space
Peppermint Pond Cottage #3 sits nestled within the woods & has a beautiful valley view that can be enjoyed rain or shine from the large newly covered deck overlooking the Catharine Valley Trail below. Deer, fox, rabbits, raccoons and an abundance of birds can be viewed right from the deck so bring your binoculars! We are definitely in the country while still close and convenient to all the great surrounding venues and beautiful waterfalls. Guests are welcome to enjoy the small pond. It is well stocked with largemouth, bluegill, crappie and bullhead if you care to fish or maybe just like to sit and enjoy the peacefulness. The home has a small master bedroom with queen bed that looks out towards the water. The opposite end of the home has two double beds, bunk style in the pictures. Full kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, utensils, cleaning supplies, toiletries. Grill and firepit with wood supplied. I also supply Folgers Coffee, sugar, powdered creamer, eggs when available from local farms, butter, and ice. All linens are supplied also. Come take a load off and unwind!

Cottage #3 borders the small pond where guests are welcome to fish, play in. (bring the remote control water crafts with you and the kids!) or just relax by. There is a large area off the deck with mobile fire pit that can be placed where ever guests want. Wood supplied at no extra cost. Guests are welcome to make use of any of the areas around the pond and the general areas between and around the four cottages and driveway area along with the valley below that borders the Catharine Valley Trail. Smoking is allowed anywhere on the property and your deck but not allowed inside the homes. Thank you.
