A spacious open concept loft with resort style amenities.and breathtaking views of the sea from every corner of the unit. A king-sized bed at front of the unit allows you to wake up to the calming water views.
The large deck is equipped with comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset glass of wine. The kitchen large and fully equipped Beautiful custom made furnishings and floors have been crafted from Tropical wood. Another bedroom space with a full bed with privacy.

The space
The unit can sleep another 2 young adults or another adult and a privacy screen is available if privacy is required. Designated space for working from home.

Guest access
This beautiful Apartment is set in a typical Belizean neighbourhood. While most ordinary noises are not heard, there can be occasional music or dogs barking in the area. If you are a light sleeper bring your earplugs or noise cancelling headphones along for sleep.
You can use all the apartment plus the pool in the first floor and the chairs in the table beside the small swimming pool. If using the bbq please make sure you close the gas tank after you use it.

Other things to note
Dont leave any children unattended in the veranda as it is dangerous.
Please remember in Belize we have power outages, we have lots of birds singing. We have dogs barking, some times a roster sings, some times the neighbor play their music.
Don't get scared it is all part of The Belize folklore

The neighborhood is a residential typically BelIzean neighborhood. There are a couple small convenience grocery stores nearby. We recommend to do shopping at the larger supermarkets which are only a 5 minute drive away.
