Centrally located within a couple of minutes walk to the beach and the local shopping village, this home is well equipped for a great holiday!

Salty ocean air, a full size swimming pool and plenty of indoor | outdoor living space surrounded by tropical gardens and privacy, this home is fresh and comfy and a perfect place to make special memories at beautiful Blueys Beach.

The space
Our four bedrooms are spread over two levels and you will arrive to quality linen and bath towels.

Bedroom 1: King
Bedroom 2: King / or can be converted into two singles
Bedroom 3: Queen
Bedroom 4: Two Singles (built in)

Rooms 1 & 3 have ensuites and rooms 2 & 4 share a spacious bathroom and separate toilet.

Both upstairs and downstairs have a separate living room and dining area each and the large open plan kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay including modern appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine.

We have air-conditioning upstairs and ceiling fans downstairs, along with three smart TV's, wifi, board games and a ping pong table.

There are large front and back covered decking areas and sun soaked lounging nooks with a sandstone courtyard that leads you to the pool with an extra toilet and outdoor shower nearby.

The gardens are landscaped and tropical and there's plenty of secure storage for your boards, bikes and beach gear. Ample parking is available within the grounds of the property and once you arrive, you won't be needing to drive far and relax into beach house holiday mode.

Guest access
Entire home. There’s 2, side by side single garages for storage use of surfboards, bikes etc, along with a ping pong table and extra beer fridge.

Theres 1 single garage that stays secure for owner storage.

Within a short stroll we have a local shopping village filled with all of your essentials plus a nice selection of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Further to Blueys Beach in our backyard, we are located within a short walking distance of Boomerang, Elizabeth & Shelly Beach and a short drive away to Seal Rocks, Cellito, Sandbar, Myall, Wallis & Smiths Lake and Wallingat & Booti Booti National Parks.
