Host Natalie is in her 30s, social, and avid traveler. Multiple guest bedrooms are available for rent by adult working professionals. Have been renting rooms for multiple years now with wonderful success. Most tenants stay for 1-3 months, but some have stayed 6-8! There is enough space in the house that it never feels "busy".

The space
Gorgeous shared home furnished top tier, with all you could need in the kitchen. Gas stove, lots of storage, your own pantry shelf and all the cooking gear.
Brand new vinyl flooring throughout the stairs and upstairs! No Carpet. 🤌
Your room has Smart TV, mini fridge, desk & chair, rocking chair closet, nightstand, cedar chest and a queen bed. Room upstairs and is right next to a shared full bathroom with double sinks.
Sitting and dining areas inside and outside. Large yard has Hot Tub, BBQ, dart board, shuffleboard and giant sunken firepit area as well.

Other things to note
*Full size Fridge/ freezer in garage and pantry shelf in the kitchen are completely dedicated for guests use. This is in addition to the mini fridge in the room. Guests can still use the water/ice from the fridge in the kitchen.

*No food provided, please bring all your own food/drinks/cooking items. Sharing may occur between guests, but only with consent.

*TVs in the bedrooms are all smart TVs, but you need to log in with your own Netflix, Amazon etc.

*Not suitable for children under 18. Adults only.

*Pets in home, please ask if concerned about allergens.
