Walking distance to the Zoo and ski resort pickup!! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located cabin. Paw Paw's is two-story, 1,320 sq ft, with parking for 3 vehicles. Downstairs you'll find the living room, 1 full bath, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, fireplace and door to the fully-fenced backyard. Located upstairs is the full kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave), dining area with fireplace, a large bedroom with Queen bed, and large bathroom with washer and dryer.

Other things to note
Please note the cabin is equipped with a central heater only; there is no AC. During the winter the heater should not be set above 71*\72* or you may trip the heater and cause it to reset which can take a couple hours.

We are a pet-friendly cabin but ask that you treat our home as you would yours. Please pick up after your pet and do not allow the pet to damage any furniture. There is a $100 pet fee when you add a pet to a reservation.

There is a BBQ but we do not clean it after guests. Guests are expected to use the available BBQ tools to clean the grill for the next guest. We recommend you bring propane and we cannot guarantee propane will be available.

Please use the trash cans as applicable. Do not put trash in the recycle trash can. If a citation is issued the cost will be passed through. We can also not guarantee the trash cans will be available for use. If the trash is full, you are expected to take your excess trash to the Big Bear dump sites. Address located in the home manual.
