Spacious 105 m2 duplex apartment, very well located in the heart of Caudebec-en-Caux.
20 m from the Seine, and close to all shops (bakery at the foot of the apartment), you will enjoy a recently refurbished property. 3 bedrooms + 1 open space (2 beds 160*200, 1 bunk bed, 1 single bed, 1 baby crib with bars), large equipped kitchen. New bedding.

The space
The apartment has been refurbished very recently. Located on the 2nd and top floor without elevator access, in a building with typical Caudebec architecture.

You will have all the accommodation that we wanted relatively simple and warm so that you can feel as comfortable as possible.

You will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, washing machine...)

You will have a new bathroom with an Italian shower, separate toilet.

1 bedroom with a queen size bed (160*200) and a dresser awaits you in a sober and industrial spirit.
1 bedroom with a bunk bed and closet/wardrobe completes the 1st part of the bedrooms.

On the upper floor of the Duplex you will have a large landing room with a queen size bed (160*200), a crib with bars as well as a dressing area.

And finally a small bedroom with a single bed.
