Everything was perfect! Very nice apartment with breathtaking views that change every day depending on the light. A life-size painting! The apartment is in perfect condition, clean and functional down to the smallest detail. Close to all amenities and main sites: funicular, market, beach… Everything can easily be done on foot. Edwige is very nice and attentive. We'll be back for sure!

Fatah is very kind and responsive. The apartment is spacious, very well arranged. It's bright and has everything you need for dishes... The building is quiet. Parking space is a plus!!!

Lovely and clean great location

We travelled to France as a last minute, spontaneous trip with 4 children. The location was perfect a short walk from the harbor, which along there had various restaurants great places to eat and drink. If you’re into markets you need to be there on a Saturday my husband was in his element of food, cheese, paella and homemade bread! We also did the boat ride. The sea was choppy and it was great fun with the kids! We had a push-chair and there was room for that. If you’ve got kids I’d recommend! Overall, the host was amazing provided all the info we needed and her apartment felt like home! She had lots of activities (books etc) for the kids and information leaflets. From my kids “ I love this! I want to come back again!” There’s not a bad word I could say about the host or the apartment. Parking wise we were lucky enough to park the next street down which was free! There’s a car park a short walk away which is also free. We would definitely recommend we will book in future.

A stylish, bright, cheerful apartment in the middle of Duclair, with a good view of the River Seine. The apartment has lots of style with bright colours and furniture that is fun to look at but also comfortable. It makes you feel happy and cheerful just to be there. It's also well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, lots of kitchen equipment, and good WiFi. The neighbours were quiet and although you can hear passing traffic and the nearby ferry they were never intrusive. There is no dedicated parking space, but there is lots of public parking close by and I never had any trouble finding a space within 100 metres of the apartment. I would be very happy to stay there again.

Self check in, very convenient and very convenient.Underground parking is also available.The room is clean and there is a huge terrace around the room. Our family had a wonderful holiday in Rouen.

Nice apartment located on the second floor of a beautiful building with independent entrance depending on your arrival time, free and easy parking on the street, very clean and nicely decorated, everything you need for cooking. Conveniently located, everything can be done on foot. Marie is very responsive if needed. We are delighted with our stay and will return with pleasure.

We had a great weekend. The description made on Airbnb of the apartment is compliant. It is close to many shops and easy to access. Charlotte is a welcoming and available host, we recommend the apartment for a carefree stay.

We booked Myriam's home for a second time. A comfortable accommodation, very well located and well-equipped. Parking under the apartment is a real plus. No car needed to visit Deauville and Trouville. Shops, markets, restaurants, the sea etc are nearby. Many thanks to Myriam for her kindness, for her perfect transmission of useful information and availability. Never 2 without 3? 😉

Third stay at the Lilou cottage, and I'm still just as satisfied. It's comfortable and functional, the funicular is nearby, and parking is very convenient. Excellent communication with hosts. I go back every time with peace of mind.

Quiet apartment, ideally located in relation to the beach, playgrounds for children, starting point for nice walks and tourist sites in the area. Large free parking 150 m away. This accommodation is quite spacious, very well equipped and corresponds to a good value for money. Very good welcome from the available and discreet owners. We will definitely stay again.

Modern and clean accommodation as shown in the photos, difficult to park if you have a lot of luggage it is not necessarily easy but nothing to say about the accommodation itself. I recommend it.

We had a great time at this place Balneo and sauna very easy to use Small fireplace for a good evening with your partner Restaurant nearby at the foot of the old market square Photos match description And very important the responsiveness of Mathieu and his concierge Steve (very courteous too) if needed. We will most certainly test other atypical Rouen homes being basic Rouen This allows me to come back to my home a little while enjoying a beautiful and atypical place! See you soon!

Great place. Bigger than pictured. The decor with taste and elegance. Peaceful outside. The hot tub for 2 a real relaxing pleasure. The most access to the indoor pool heated to 30. We were alone. Xavier was super responsive to my requests. I would recommend it 100%

Very nice and clean apartment, the jacuzzi is excellent. Easily accessible and quiet, close to the sea and the port. Very welcoming and very kind host who advised us well.
