Cosy, best quality construction 60sq.m., Cycladic style with sunset view from terrace. Light and airy with very large master bedroom (with king bed) with A/C and music system. Living room and hall where another there can sleep. Two toilets, 1 shower. New kitchen with all amenities. Roof terrace with spectacular view.

Peaceful, close to nature, top quality construction ideal also for winter holidays as the house has underfloor heating. Eric's retreat is ideal for a couple that wish to have a very comfortable, relaxing and cozy enviroment. It could accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 kids) with the necessary prior agreement.
In case you need more space could be combined with Meli's retreat next to it. Accommodation of both house up to 7-9 people.

Relax and enjoy the home feeling, outdoor landscape and sea view from the terrace and garden.
The house is completely cleaned and laundry changed once a week.

Hillside, some building around, though by car (5 min from the harbour & 15 min from the airport) and also 5 min by car to the lovely beach of Parasporos and Magaya.
