The space
Flooded with natural light, original historic details, and modern amenities.

Relax in the light-filled parlour with floor to ceiling windows, or nap on one of our luxurious beds. The kitchen is set up to enjoy a cup of coffee, a festive cocktail, or a nice meal. Soak in our clawfoot tub, or relax on our front porch/backyard if you enjoy being outdoors! We also offer a self-serve wine bar for your convenience.

Plenty of space to spread out— ideal for a close group or families.

Guest access
Guests will have unlimited access to all areas of the home, including full kitchen, bath, and outdoor/front porch area.

Parking is street parking-- we do have a brick parking pad directly in front of our home that we do our best to keep open for visitors. This space is yours to use during your trip, and is close proximity to the house (see photos).

Due to the nature of our bookings, early check-in is not typically available, although you are welcome to leave luggage with us before or after check-out. You are also welcome to park your vehicle on site before check-in.

Other things to note
Please note the shotgun layout of our home— the design is perfect for close friends, families, or couples. There is a back entrance in addition to the front.

This historic property may not be ideal for those with mobility issues— i.e. front steps/bathroom tub (there is a showerhead as well as hand shower).. please review photos carefully & contact us with any questions.

This property is a double (duplex). Although your space will be private, please be advised that we live next door with our two young daughters. Our home is an old house and although insulated, not completely soundproof— we do our best to keep things peaceful during your visit with us!
