Listing highlights
In West Beach, near the Gulf
About a 15-min walk to West Beach, with the Gulf just a short stroll from the lagoon-front setting
Lagoon-front home with private pier
A private pier on Little Lagoon for fishing and crabbing, with a saltwater pool steps from the door
Built for bigger groups
Guests highlight the pool, the dock, and how well the space works for larger groups
Fall asleep to water lapping against pilings and wake up to lagoon light bouncing off your private balcony. Paradise West Duplex sits where Little Lagoon meets the Gulf — a 6-minute walk to sugar-white sand, yet quiet enough that the loudest thing you'll hear is your own dock chair creaking. Fish off your private pier, float in the shared saltwater pool, and let five bedrooms of family fit comfortably under one calm, lagoon-front roof.
The space
Paradise West is a spacious duplex, lagoon-front retreat built for big groups who want space to spread out and water on every side. Sleeping up to 14 across five private bedrooms plus a dedicated bunk hallway, this home was designed so nobody has to share a bed who doesn't want to.
THE SLEEP
Primary Bedroom — king bed, private balcony, lagoon views
Bedroom Two — queen bed, private balcony
Bedroom Three — queen bed, private balcony
Bedroom Four — queen bed, private balcony
Bedroom Five — queen bed, private balcony
Bunk Hallway — two twin-over-twin bunk beds, arcade games, the kids' favorite corner of the house
Five full bathrooms mean no line at the sink after a beach day — four with walk-in showers, one with a full tub-and-shower combo, all stocked with fresh towels and starter toiletries.
THE GATHERING SPACES
Downstairs, the open-concept kitchen is stocked for real family meals: full-size appliances, pots, pans, dishes and drinkware for the whole group, a blender, toaster, and both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker for however you take your morning cup. The dining table seats six, with four additional bar stools at the counter for casual breakfasts. The living room's sectional faces a smart TV — perfect for movie nights after a long beach day — and every balcony off every bedroom looks out over the pool and the lagoon beyond.
THE WATER
This is the differentiator: a shared saltwater pool just steps from the door, and your own private pier for fishing, crabbing, or simply watching the sun drop into the lagoon. Kids can chase minnows off the dock while the adults float in the pool with a drink in hand — no crowds, no lifeguard whistle, just your group and the water.

WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR
The multi-generational family reunion — five separate bedrooms and five bathrooms mean grandparents, parents, and kids all get their own space, then reconvene at the six-person dining table for dinner.
Families with kids — the dedicated bunk hallway and arcade games give younger guests their own hangout, while the shared pool keeps everyone entertained without a car ride to the beach.
Anglers and anyone who loves the water — the private pier means you can fish before coffee, no boat required.
Snowbirds — available November through February for extended monthly stays in a quiet, residential setting.
Anyone craving the "quiet side" of Gulf Shores — steps from the sand, but genuinely peaceful.
Guest access
Check-in is fully self-service starting at 4:00 PM — no need to coordinate a meet-up, just let yourself in with the smart lock or keypad code sent before arrival. Guests have full access to the entire home, all five bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and both the private pier and the shared saltwater pool. Check-out is 10:00 AM to allow time for the next group's arrival.
Other things to note
PARKING
Free driveway parking is available for up to five vehicles — plenty of room for multiple cars if you're arriving as separate families. No permits or passes are required, and there's no additional parking fee. If you're bringing a boat or larger trailer, please message us ahead of time so we can help you plan where to park it.
HOUSE RULES
This is a quiet, residential neighborhood, and we ask that you help us keep it that way for our neighbors: no parties or events, and quiet hours run from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Please treat the house as you would your own — dishes rinsed, towels reused when possible, and the pier and pool left tidy for the next guest. We provide a starter pack of paper goods and dish/laundry pods, but plan to restock during longer stays. Max occupancy is 14 guests.
