The rooftop terrace is a unique feature that won't disappoint! Whether you want to take in the views while enjoying a cup of coffee or gather together while watching the sunset with a cocktail, it is the perfect spot to create lasting vacation memories.
Four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two family rooms offer plenty of space for family groups of all sizes. We love to cook, so we make sure the kitchen is filled with everything you need to make fabulous meals together. Walk to local restaurants and bakeries, ice cream shops and the beach. 5 star reviews!!

Blue Mountain Beach has great restaurants, shops and a gorgeous beach all within a few minutes walk. Our community has a pool, grill and outdoor seating just steps from the home. Enter on the first floor with a personal door code.

Other things to note
***Important information***

1. There are 2 parking spaces provided and tenants must display parking permits on their front dash. We will email them to you with your check in details. Additional parking is available on-site in first come first served visitor spots and along 30A.

2. Minimum Age Rental Requirement is 25 and primary renter must be a guest during the entire stay. There must be at least one adult (25+) present for each 3 guests below age 25. No rowdy parties or minors left alone please.

3. No Smoking inside or outside in common areas.

4. No Pets due to HOA regulations.

5. No Hammocks or hanging anything off of the rooftop terrace balcony.

6. The person or persons under whose name the reservation is booked are responsible for all damages incurred, and must reside at the property for the duration of the rental. Guests assume all responsibility for their safety during their stay, including but not limited to use of the pool, rooftop deck and outdoor areas.
