Paradise Beach House is a space where you will truly feel on vacation. The apartment has very pleasant lighting and the bedrooms are very comfortable with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. A few steps away is the pool, palapa and grill area, where you can hold your meetings. The gated community is within a beautiful residential area full of beautiful nature. After a day of tours and/or road trips, nothing better than a place like Paradise Beach House :)

The space
Beautiful and spacious apartment in the Real Lucerna gated community, about 15 minutes from downtown and the beach. It is on the first floor, so you will have to take the stairs. It has three bedrooms with air conditioning: the first with a queen bed and spacious closet, the second with two single beds and a closet, and the third with two single beds. The living room has a sofa, air conditioning and smart tv. The dining room has a comfortable table for six and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is wifi throughout the apartment. Washing machine and clothes line. There is parking lot, a beautiful pool and "palapa" with grill. Real Lucerna is a private gated community that is in the middle of nature and has 24 hour security. There’s 7 Eleven shop inside the residential area. Two or three blocks away you'll find the buses that take to downtown.

Within Real Lucerna gated community you can walk or exercise in the central park and enjoy the surrounding nature. A good walk breathing fresh air, after a hectic day of tours or road trips, will come in handy before your meeting in the palapa and pool :). Leaving the residential area, you can take public transport that passes some blocks down Avenida Colosio. If you do not want to take the buses, we can provide you with numbers of taxi companies so that you can order your taxi. If you come by car, there is an exclusive parking space for you. There are also extra parking spaces for visitors.

Unlike an accommodation in the center of Playa, this space, being surrounded by nature and practically without noise from the surrounding city, allows you to enjoy an experience of great relaxation. Going for a walk through the trees in the central park of the gated community or enjoying the pool and a meal with the family under the "palapa" are activities you can do within the gated community itself. In front of the residential there is a water park called Chanolandia. On Av. Colosio, about 200 meters from the entrance, you'll find the buses that take you to downtown.

A few blocks away from Real Lucerna residential complex is the Playa del Carmen station of the Mayan Train. This proximity allows you to have this excellent, safe and direct form of transportation from the Cancun airport. To go from the airport to the Mayan Train station in Cancun (and from there take the train to Playa), you have to ask for the buses that take you to the station. Ask right there at the airport. You can check train travel prices online or directly at the station. To go from the Playa station to the accommodation, you can take a taxi or a motorcycle taxi right there at the station. It will be very cheap because it is super close!
