New construction on a wooded waterfront lot with dock and hot tub. With 4 bedrooms, including a bedroom with immersive lighting experience, the chalet can comfortably accommodate 9 guests.

The space
Welcome to Panorama, a creation of the architectural firm La Sève! Our beautiful residence is surrounded by nature on a huge private lot in Mandeville in the Lanaudière region (1.15 hours from Montreal).

Located right on the waterfront on a large plot of land, the cottage has a private dock with access to Lake Deligny/Nazaire. Two kayaks (available in spring 2026) are also available to enjoy the lake, which is known for its tranquility and cleanliness!
Note that the dock is difficult to access in spring/early summer due to snowmelt and rising water.

The cottage has 4 closed bedrooms and can accommodate 9 people comfortably. Multiple amenities such as spa, central heat pump, high speed wifi, electric charging point and more!

On the ground floor, the huge window offers panoramic views of the lake and mountains. You will find a closed bedroom, a full bathroom, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large island, a beautiful central living room with stone fireplace (firewood not included) and a dining room with abundant windows!

In the basement, you will find a second full bathroom as well as three closed bedrooms - two bedrooms with queen beds and one children's bedroom with three twin beds (including a sliding trundle bed with quality mattress). The children's room has a fiber optic starry stretch ceiling, offering an immersive lighting experience!
A central pool table occupies the main space and will give you hours of fun!

Outside is a huge sunny terrace with direct access to the hot tub (available year-round), a complete patio set and a propane BBQ (available from spring 2026).
You'll find a campfire site with Adirondack chairs, the perfect place to extend your evenings under the stars!
At the entrance, the house is also equipped with an electric charging station and two surveillance cameras for your safety.

Lanaudière is known as a paradise for mountain bikes and snowmobilers. Several FCMQ trails minutes from the cottage.
You can also enjoy several outdoor activities in the area: hiking, snowshoeing, skiing in Mont Val Saint-Côme, cross-country skiing in Chutes-du-Calvaire, hunting and fishing in the two nature reserves (ZEC des Nymphes and Réserve Faunique Mastigouche) and located near Lac en Coeur for trout fishing.

The chalet is also located minutes from the wonderful Nordic spa Le Natur'eau and just 20 minutes from the municipal beach of Saint-Gabriel and the Saint-Gabriel Vineyard.
