Our townhome is super easy to access. We are located off a safe street of 15 townhomes (currently). There is a dedicated covered carport for 2 vehicles with direct access into the unit. There are also ~10 guest spots in front and next to the townhome. Walking along the river to main street is awesome. Riding bikes or scooters is even better! If you have a car, you can get everywhere in Boerne within 10 minutes, and you can be in downtown San Antonio in 30 minutes. You can also access everything the hill country has to offer and you can get to Fredericksburg, Austin, and the highland lakes easily as well.
