A studio type condo.
Unit size is 27.08 square meters including the balcony.
The unit has Netflix, Video Games, Wifi, Cooking Utensils , Condiments( what is available only), Towels during your stay.
Sorry, we do not provide shampoo, soap, slippers and bottled water during your stay. That's why we can give a low nightly rate.
Conveniently located for shopping, dining, family entertainment and leisure.
Guest access
Guest can use all the space inside the condo unit including use of all the appliance and utensils plus condiments.
Other things to note
Booking is for 4 guest, Guest more than 4 including infant need to pay extra guest fee of 300php per pax. Only 3yrs old or below is allowed as extra guest.
POOL FEE: 200/pax half day, 400/pax whole day. Kids 3ft and below is FREE
EVERY TUESDAY NO SWIMMING ALL Day for maintenance.
FREE PARKING will be outside the main gate. Three (3) minutes to 5 minutes walk from parking lot to the tower.
Due to ongoing works in the FREE PARKING AREA,Parking area is under construction. Parking is on first come firs serve basis. ( Free Parking is at OWNERS RISK )

Your vehicle can enter the vicinity but DROPOFF ONLY, and you need to park your vehicle in the free parking.
INSIDE PARKING. PARKING INSIDE THE BUILDING can be arranged ahead of time, but not guaranteed. You need to pay extra, message us to arrange.
We need ID of all guest 2 days before arrival for gate pass, for same day booking,pls send it ASAP. WITHOUT GATEPASS YOU CANNOT ENTER. You need to send pictures of ID of all guest via chat so we can prepare.
If more than 4 guest, or names of guest is not on gatepass we will charge a penalty. We will coordinate with PMO for CCTV footage
No Parties allowed, NO Pet's allowed
Wifi speed is very good and can stream HD movies and can handle HD games on your phone or laptop. Can connect up to 4 devices. ( We are using GLOBE TELECOM and we cannot do anything if there are issues with the service )
Maximum of four (4) bath towels is provided during your stay. Number of towels depends on number of guest.
In case of BLACKOUT there is a back up power generator but can only power one (1) light and the electric fan and charging of mobile phone.
Natural calamities like TYPHOON and EARTHQUAKE is beyond our control , if the INTERNET, USE OF AMENITIES and ELECTRICITY becomes UNAVAILABLE at those times , we CANNOT DO anything.
