Fully renovated house on over an acre, nestled among towering oak trees. Walk into a large open space full of natural light, wood burning stove and kitchen/dinning/living area built for entertainment. The backyard features large covered deck with dining table for 12, outside kitchen with sink, grill and small fridge, and lounge area with built in Bluetooth speakers and a smart TV. There is a separate kids playhouse with toys. Enjoy open air enclosed bar area with seating and another lounge area.

Equipped with 5 bedrooms 2943 square feet, and many outdoor sitting areas including a bar and a fire pit, Paloma at Lake Texoma is your ideal getaway!

Enjoy endless activities such as foosball, basketball arcade game, ping pong, corn hole and various board games. There is a separate playhouse for the kids, with many toys and a smart TV.

Other things to note
Come enjoy getting out of the city and swim, fish, and boat with family and friends. Cedar Mills Marina & Resort is a 7 min (2.3 mi) drive from the house and offers a boat launching ramp.
The nearest store is a Dollar General, about a five minute drive. The nearest Walmart is located in Madill. There are a variety of small town USA restaurants close. We offer a fully stocked kitchen but if you don't feel like cooking, stop by Pelican's Landing Waterfront Restaurant down by the marina before you hit the water.
