- A rental agreement will be emailed to you and needs to be signed in order to complete the booking.
- Please note that we do not provide refunds due to inclement weather or natural disasters unless there is a mandatory evacuation. We do suggest that you obtain travel insurance.
Guest access
There is an electronic lock on the front door. Enter your four- digit user code. Please make sure the door locks each time that you leave the condo. To lock the door, ensure the internal lock is horizontal & simply pull it shut.
The code to access the condo is sent to you on the day of check in.
You are welcome to park in the parking spot next to the pool. There is also additional parking in the east corner of the complex. A parking pass is required and will be available for you in the condo upon check in.
There is one flight of stairs up to the condo.
Other things to note
Indoor amenities include: Flat screen TVs in all rooms, complimentary wifi, in unit washer & dryer, full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave.
Outdoor amenities include: Private deeded beach access, 2 fresh water pools, 2 public charcoal grills, private balcony overlooking W Beach Blvd.
