Palm Leaf Getaway is a stunning 4-bedroom, 2-bath, split-plan saltwater pool home situated on three beautifully landscaped lots, complete with your very own outdoor putting green. You'll enjoy over 2,300 sq/ft of space for you and your guests to spread out and relax.
This home features vaulted ceilings, a formal living and dining room, a family room, a breakfast area, and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar.
The spacious master bedroom includes an en-suite bath with a decorative vanity topped with granite, accent tiles, a frameless shower enclosure, and a roomy walk-in closet.
Rounding out the sleeping accommodations are three roomy guest bedrooms with plenty of closet space. The second guest bath features a tub/shower combo and has convenient access to the pool and lanai. Four sliding doors lead out to the large lanai, which overlooks the beautiful pool and a fantastic outdoor shower.
The laundry room is guest-ready and available for use during your stay. Tropical mature landscaping surrounds the pool and patio area, providing privacy and a sense of calm within the fully screened enclosure.
Bikes with baskets are available for guests to enjoy a leisurely ride through the neighborhood or a quick trip to the local Publix grocery store, just one minute away.

Guest access
Guest will need a vehicle to access the local area. Parking is in the driveway only. The driveway will accommodate 4 standard size vehicles. There is no parking allowed on the grass or street side.
Other things to note
To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please keep the following in mind:
• The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and have a history of positive reviews from other Airbnb hosts.
• The person making the reservation must be staying at the property for the full duration of the booking.
• The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests. If you would like to bring up to 2 additional guests (12 total), we can provide a queen air mattress. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
• Additional guest fees apply at $25 per night, per extra guest, plus a one-time $25 cleaning fee. These charges will be requested through the Airbnb platform.
• For security purposes, there is an exterior Nest doorbell camera at the property.
• Please note that decor and furnishings may be updated periodically and may vary slightly from the photos.
• The pool is heated during the winter months to approximately 85°F. Please note that water temperature naturally fluctuates based on weather conditions. There is no additional fee for heating.
