Palm Escape is just a 10-minute walk from the Caribbean’s watersports capital—Encuentro Beach. It’s also a 10-minute walk to Coconuts Restaurant and only 6 minutes to Encuentro Surf Lodge for breakfast. You’ll be close to EVERYTHING Encuentro and Cabarete have to offer: beaches, restaurants, and shopping.
This newly built, modern 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa radiates a relaxed Caribbean vibe. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with the option of a private bath by simply closing a sliding pocket door in the hallway, creating a private suite between the bedroom and the bathroom across the hall.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas stove, large refrigerator, and microwave. The interior has been carefully designed for the comfort of up to 4 guests. Both bedrooms and the kitchen/living area are equipped with air conditioning and smart TVs.
Outside, relaxation awaits with a walled-in private terrace that feels like an open-air living room. The partially covered area features a wet bar and a half bath. All outdoor flooring is made of cool-to-the-touch natural Coralina stone. Surrounded by lush palms, a stone wall, a classic European-style fountain (drained), and a BBQ grill, this sophisticated outdoor space is truly unique. Private parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.

Guest will have acccess to the entire property except the casita which is the third bedroom used as a secure storage.
