Unique Santa Fe Industrial Space with hints of traditional tribal themes that are rich, warm, and inviting. 5 mins to the RailYard/ Farmers Market, 7 minutes to The Santa Fe Plaza, 20 minutes to Opera, and 36 minutes by car to the Santa Fe ski resort (about an hour and a half, G-map). Guests: My Home is NOT located AT the Railyard—guests with MOBILITY ISSUES. THERE ARE STAIRS ON EACH FLOOR. 3 FLOORS/ 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. Eclectic and Dramatic Style!

The space
Dramatic Urban space with three different levels; the main floor has a small office, a sitting area with a luxe fold-out queen bed, and a separate storage area with a closet. Full bath, designer black-and-white Tribal-style shower, and Kohler fixtures with Smart TV Access, and access to the courtyard. The stylish second floor features luxurious seating areas and Henredon down-filled furniture. Courtyard view with huge picture windows and a small balcony to the courtyard—open kitchen with new Samsung appliances, Samsung gas range, and dinette. Complete with spices, a Keurig, a Cuisinart Coffee maker, and French Chantal pots and pans. Smart Tv. The third level is the primary bedroom, which has two luxury full- or double-pillow-top beds and linens. A remodeled full bathroom shower/soaker tub, a closet, and a stackable NEW Samsung washer and dryer. 45" Smart TV, a colossal picture window with a sliding glass door, and a balcony view of the train and the mountain. Heavy Blackout drapes have also been added.

Entire home. Guest Parking is marked and easily accessible to visitors, as is my designated parking space, 1344 B.

Other things to note
Parking is assigned, and guest parking spots are available. So you know, the parking spaces are small. Large SUVs/ trucks are discouraged. Visitors are encouraged to park in any visitor parking space; visitor parking is marked. Also, my designated parking spot is marked with the letter B. The trash dumpster is behind a metal door at the south end of the parking lot. Trash pick-up is on Tuesday and Friday. When arriving back into the handicap or loading zone, parking at the backside of the courtyard to unload or load luggage is more accessible. There is a Zinc Metal B at my sliding glass door.
