Popular, conveniently located, this private, fully-equipped studio apartment has a queen bed,an Ethan Allen sofa bed, separate kitchen, full bath, flat screen tv, wifi, washer/dryer, off-street parking. It has mostly 5-star ratings on all sites since 1998. The adjoining neighbor has a dog. Don't allow accidental meetings. The property is rural (on 8.5 acres), but only minutes away from downtown Santa Fe, Eldorado, and I-25. My place is close to Everything the Railyard has to offer. Plus we are just .7 miles walking distance from the Plaza. Saturday Farmers and Art markets are a very short walk. There is a new movie theatre that is houses from our property. . You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the comfy beds, the kitchen, and the location!. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). For your pets, we will charge a 1 time non refundable $75 fee.

Spectacular mountains views,quiet and tranquil, 4000 sq ft, 3 rooms we AC close to downtown, 11 away from the Vargas mall,(food store,restauran,postal services,) large kitchen fully equipped, wifi, basic Netflix, pets welcome with $100 for extra cleaning. a lot space, beautiful patios for have a lot of fun. Stayed at this casita when passing through NM. Hosts were kind to accommodate a last minute stay for my husband, my two dogs, and myself ! We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise during our morning walk with the dogs. The casita was exceptionally clean and beautifully put together. Not in any of the notes, so just a FYI- dogs are not allowed on the beds. This is not something that hurt our experience… just giving a heads up to the dog owners. 😊 Our dogs were more than fine on the floor and rug in the room. We loved the privacy and quiet of this stay. We also loved the feeling of safety staying on the hosts property ! Would recommend and would definitely stay here again ! Thanks. 😊

This is a wonderful place to stay in Santa Fe! We've been coming to this part of NM for many years and, since it is such a beautiful place, you will find a lot of AirBnBs. Few of them will be as nice as this one. I can't recommend this place enough. In the future, we will only try to stay at Milli's when we visit.

We had a lovely stay. Ciana was very communicative and available. The property and area around is just so beautiful. I loved the simplicity of the house, it had everything we needed (except a washing machine) and our dog was safe in the fully fenced in yard and ever so happy with the hiking trails. I would stay here againg and recommend it to others!

Great experience! First, the condo is beautiful. It's nicely appointed, and very clean. Yvette is great. Very friendly and responsive. In fact, I had to adjust my stay because someone broke my car window, and Yvette was incredibly accommodating. So, 5 stars all around.

We absolutely loved this place!!!It is such a beautiful serene setting equipped with everything we needed and very clean. We had two couples; having the house and casita gave us plenty of space to enjoy time together but also separation. The place has a wonderful vibe. We would book again without hesitation. (Oh, and host - Francis - was super fast responding to booking and questions. We never needed to contact him again.)

We really enjoyed staying at Robin's place. As this was our first visit to Santa Fe, the location was great. We were able to walk to museums, restaurants and the main square in downtown. The place had all the amenities we needed. Loved that there was more than one option for making coffee. Very comfortable and quiet.

Ann’s place is fabulous and worked perfectly for our group of two adults and two teenagers. The living spaces are extremely inviting; the beds are very comfortable; and the amenities are top notch. Our family likes cooking and eating at home, and Ann’s house has everything from Ziploc bags to placemats! The location is incredibly private and scenic considering its proximity to Santa Fe’s many attractions. I hope we have an opportunity to return for another visit.
