Neighborhood highlights

We are located in a Seattle neighborhood called Southpark. Our neighborhood has a rich history and is conveniently located just 15 minutes away from both downtown and West Seattle. Take an easy 10 minute walk to the Southpark restaurant and bar strip featuring gems, such as, Loretta's (dive pub with legendary burgers) and Left Bank (best organic wine bar in the city). Plus we are just a 5 min drive away from all the restaurants and breweries Georgetown has to offer. We also have a park located directly behind us with fields, playground and basketball/tennis courts!
