Guest access
Guests have the exclusive use of a private patio and charcoal BBQ. Guests have dedicated off-street parking and a private entrance which leads upstairs to the apartment. The driveway is shared with the owners who live on site.

Other things to note
As part of your welcome pack you will receive a Breakfast Hamper comprising a freshly baked sourdough loaf, home made jam, freshly baked scones and clotted cream, organic apple juice pressed from the owners own apple trees and a small pat of butter (minimum 2 night stays only). Milk, tea, coffee and sugar are provided. Gluten and dairy free or vegan diets can be accommodated.

During the summer, guests will enjoy freshly picked jugs of flowers on the bedsides, and fresh fruit and vegetables from the kitchen garden are available to purchase.

On cooler evenings, guests can light the log burner and get cosy by the fire playing board games or watch TV. Enough logs and kindling are provided for your first night. Further logs are available to purchase in nearby Wellington.

As animal lovers, we welcome well-behaved dogs and dog treats, blankets, and poo bags are provided to make your dogs stay as comfortable as yours. We politely request that dogs are not left alone in Otters if you go out and are kept off the beds and furniture.

Hi there! My partner Alby and I moved to Somerset in 2017 and have been busy renovating our historic, medieval home ever since. When we are not renovating, we can be found walking our miniature wirehaired dachshund in the beautiful Somerset countryside or working in the garden where we grow vegetables and flowers for our guests to enjoy. It is important to us that we give our guests a fantastic experience of Somerset and try to go the extra mile by providing a hamper of home baked and home produced produce for our guests to enjoy during their stay. We look forward to meeting you!
