The accommodation consists of a living room with an American kitchen open to the terrace and an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (x160) with closet and ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs, on the mezzanine level, there is a spacious, well-ventilated bedroom, now air-conditioned, with a double bed (160 cm) and a stunning sea view. A final bedroom, connected to this one, air-conditioned and separated by a curtain, is equipped with a double bed (140 cm) and a shower room.
The whole apartment, being well ventilated and high up, has the advantage of considerably limiting the presence of mosquitoes, which is a real comfort.

The Residence Alamanda is located on one of the most sought-after locations in Saint François: the Tourist Road. This location is ideal because away from the city center but while being very close to all shops, golf, the Casino as well as the marina with its shops, bars and restaurants (10mn) and the fishing port with departures to the islands of the archipelago. Your place is in a small residence of 4 apartments, it is very well maintained with easy parking for your car and where only people in the residence are allowed to access. It is not far from the Anse des Rochers residence with its private beach that you have access to from your accommodation, which is a real plus!
