The accommodation consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen on the terrace and an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (x160) with a closet and an en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs, on the mezzanine, a spacious, well-ventilated and air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (x160) and stunning sea views. A last bedroom connecting to it and separated by a curtain is equipped with a double bed (x140) with a bathroom.

The whole apartment, being well ventilated and high, has the advantage of considerably limiting the presence of mosquitoes, which is a real comfort.

This location is ideal because away from the city center but while being very close to all shops, golf, the Casino as well as the marina with its shops, bars and restaurants (10mn) and the fishing port with departures to the islands of the archipelago. Your place is in a small residence of 4 apartments, it is very well maintained with easy parking for your car and where only people in the residence are allowed to access. It is not far from the Anse des Rochers residence with its private beach that you have access to from your accommodation, which is a real plus!
