Rules of HOA:
Please be aware that the building has specific HOA (homeowners assoc.) rules for general security & safety and for the use of amenities, and these must be followed at all times. Parking is not included, but nearby paid parking options are available. For security, always carry your lift card (and keys), and be mindful not to lose them as there’s a replacement fee. Lastly, check with the lobby front desk for any seasonal events like the Tiangge during the BER months.
Environment:
Just a friendly reminder to please ensure that all rubbish in black plastic bags is properly tied to help maintain cleanliness and reduce any odors. For items like baby diapers or sanitary napkins, kindly separate them into another plastic bag before adding them to the common rubbish. This small step makes a big difference in keeping our environment clean and pleasant for everyone.
