Magnificent new construction located on a wooded lot by the water with dock and spa. With its 4 bedrooms, the chalet can accommodate 9 travelers comfortably.

The huge windows and terrace offer a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains!

Welcome to Chalet Organik, a creation of the architectural firm La Sève! Our magnificent residence lives in the heart of nature on a huge private plot of land in Mandeville in the Lanaudière region (1.15 hours from Montreal).

Located directly on the water's edge on a large plot of land, the chalet has a large private dock that gives you access to Lake Deligny/Nazaire. Two kayaks are also at your disposal to enjoy the lake which is known for its tranquility and cleanliness!
Please note that the dock is difficult to access in spring/early summer due to snowmelt and rising water levels.

The Organik has 4 closed bedrooms and can accommodate 9 people comfortably. Several amenities such as central heat pump, high-speed wifi, pool table, spa, electric charging station and much more!

On the ground floor, the huge windows offer breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. You'll find a closed bedroom, a full bathroom with washer-dryer, a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large 8' island, a magnificent central living room with wood-burning fireplace (firewood not included) and a dining room with abundant windows!

Upstairs, two closed bedrooms including a secret playroom with smart TV is available for the little ones! A cozy boudoir with a custom bench seat offers a view of the forest through a central 4' round window! Perfect for starting your vacation read!

In the basement, you'll find an enclosed fourth bedroom and a second full bathroom. A central pool table occupies the main area and will provide you with hours of fun!

Outside, you will find a huge sunny terrace with direct access to the spa (available year-round), a complete patio set and a charcoal BBQ. At the water's edge, a campfire pit with a few adirondack chairs is the ideal place to extend your evenings under the stars!

You can also enjoy many outdoor activities in the area: hiking, snowshoeing, skiing at Mont Val Saint-Côme, cross-country skiing at Chutes-du-Calvaire, hunting and fishing in the two nature reserves (ZEC des Nymphes and Réserve Faunique Mastigouche) and trout fishing near Lac en Coeur. The chalet is also just minutes from the wonderful Natur'eau Nordic Spa and only 20 minutes from the St-Gabriel municipal beach and Vignoble St-Gabriel.

***Out of respect for the Lake Deligny Association, only personal Paddle Board type boats are allowed. It is OBLIGATORY to clean your paddle board before launching to avoid any contamination.
