An old house in Lombada, Ponta do Sol surrounded by mostly banana trees and other tropical fruit trees cultivated using organic farming methods, "levadas" and beautiful landscapes from the ocean to the mountains.

The space
Surround by banana trees and water channels that we call "levadas". Good view from the house balcony to the sea and mountains. Brand new (2018) Molaflex RÊVE de LIN Mattress (1,6x2,0m) made from organic materials, from latex Talalay, to wool, to horse hair and linen, this is the mattress that provides the purest and most natural rest. Also, new 100% organic cotton bed sheets, pillow covers and bathroom towels.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole 2nd floor of Organic Phenomena house and the outdoor area comprising the banana plantation and garden. Depending of the time of the year, I have fruits and vegetables that my hosts can pick up from the trees. Fruits like, banana, passionfruit, avocado, mango, araça, lemon, guava, medlar, soursop and vegetables like chayote squash, potatoes and cabbage.

Other things to note
Guests are required to pay a tourist tax of €2 per night from 1st September 2024 up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under the age of 13 are exempt. OBS: Edital n.º 443/2024, de 1 de Abril 2024 do Diario da Republica.
