Welcome to our Guest House, GH, in a Prime Palm Springs Location.

The 2-bedroom GH is only a 10-minute walk and a 2-minute drive to the heart of Downtown. The GH has a private entrance and courtyard for your enjoyment. The GH has a full kitchen & laundry. We have electronic locks with personalized codes for secure & easy entry.

And you enjoy a Shared Pool with the owners.

Lastly, we have a Westie puppy, Cotton.

*Enjoy Shared pool access with your hosts. The pool has great views of the Mountains and a large Sunshade for sun-protected enjoyment. There is no lifeguard at this pool, so Swim At Your Own Risk. The pool can be heated for an additional $40 per day with a 3-day minimum charge due to the cost of bringing it up to temperature.

My partner and I are avid world travelers and users of Short Term Rentals. I am an American and he is German. We have lived both in the US and Europe and love to meet new people. We recently purchased a new home in Palm Springs with the intention of renting out a portion of the home. For this reason, we looked for homes with secondary residences that could be used for our guests' stays. We couldn't believe our luck to find our current home which is walking distance to Downtown Palm Springs and all the restaurants and bars you could want.
