Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the 4 decks that overlook the ocean and intracoastal. 2 story living with a second family room, each bedroom with en-suite bath makes this space perfect for adults and kids to have their own space. Beach chairs, wagon, games, & linens provided -arrive to beds made!

The ultimate home in the ultimate location on Oak Island! Welcome to One Shore Thing - your perfect beach getaway. This home is perfectly designed for large or multiple families! Plenty of room to spread out, inside and out, with tons of room under the house to park your cars and store your gear.

Upstairs, you'll find the main living space with open concept living/dining/kitchen. A half bath is located off the dining room and the primary suite is located off the living room. The primary suite includes a king bed and full bath with double sinks.

Downstairs you'll find 3 additional bedrooms, each with queen beds and each with en-suite full baths. There is also a second living room with pull out bed that can accommodate 2. This space is perfect for kids to have their own hang-out space while adults enjoy the upstairs.

Outside, choose from one of the 4 decks to take in the spectacular views. The 2 front decks have an ocean view, perfect for sipping your morning coffee and watching the sun rise. Out back, you'll find 2 more decks overlooking the intracoastal water way with the most amazing sunset views on the island.

Conveniently located on the west end of the island, near the 57th Street Marina - a perfect location to bring your boat! The beach is across the street - no need to pay for parking. At the end of the day, head over to Lone Rider for a brew and a bite and watch sunset. This home has it all!
