One Serenity is a cozy 1-BR villa with private balcony designed for relaxation, comfort and unforgettable beachside moments. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, a small family vacation or a peaceful escape from the city, this space offers the perfect balance of privacy and resort-style living.

Wake up to fresh coastal air, spend your days by the water and unwind in a calm, thoughtfully designed space that feels like your home by the sea.

The space
This cozy villa comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and features:

• A bedroom with a comfortable bed with pullout and fresh linens
• A living area with seating and a relaxing ambiance with a sofa that can be converted to a sleeping bed
• A fully functional kitchenette for light meals and snacks with complete cookware
• A private bathroom with bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) , toilet paper and towels.
• Dining space for shared meals and conversations, complete dining utensils.
• High speed fiber wifi internet
• 55" LED TV with Nelflix, Disney+, Prime Video and Youtube Premium
• Board games and videoke for the family to enjoy
• Air-conditioned interiors for comfort after a sunny beach day
• Free (1) 5-gallon purified drinking water. Water refill will be charged Php 100 per 5-gallon of water

The villa is designed to be simple, functional, and peaceful — perfect for slowing down and enjoying quality time.

Guest access
One Serenity is located at Seafront Residences - an exclusive private residential community. Booking guests are required to provide the names of guests, 3 days before arrival date to ensure a smooth entry to the property. The names will be checked at the guard house and those not on the list will be denied entry.

During your stay, guests will have access to the following amenities within the property:

• Beach area (FREE access until 6PM based on municipal ordinance)
• Infinity pool, kiddie pool and jacuzzi with minimal fee - Php250/person, valid for 24 hours (Open from 7AM to 7PM, closed every Wednesday for routine maintenance)
• Tower and viewing deck
• Play at the half-court basketball and kids playgound
• Open recreational spaces - bamboo bike (Inform clubhouse staff of availability)
• Free parking within the premises
• Walking paths and common outdoor areas
• Visit the Pawikan Sanctuary and witness hatchling releases (seasonal)
• Ultramarine Restaurant at the Clubhouse (open from Thursdays to Sundays)
• Beach and pool area is located at the Clubhouse. This is a 7-10 minute walk or a 3-minute drive.

You’ll enjoy the exclusivity of a private residential community while still being close to nature.

• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 NN
• Villa can accommodate 5 guests with maximum of 6 guests only. Additional guest will be charged Php 1,000.
• Additional guest will only be provided with towel, pillow and blanket.
• No unapproved visitor will be allowed.
• Cooking is allowed in the villa except for grilling. Grilling is not allowed by the Property Admin.
• Because the villa has full air-conditioning, please refrain from cooking dried fish.
• Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the villa
• Strictly no pets allowed in the villa
• No hen/stag parties or loud gatherings
• Observe quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM)
• Dispose of trash properly in designated areas
• Turn off air-conditioning and appliances when leaving
• Any damages or losses may be charged accordingly
