Nestled centrally on Prince’s Grant Golf Estate, in Ginger Beer Road. Bring the whole family to this spacious home. Close to the Prince's Grant Lodge, Pro Shop and main swimming pool. This 4 bedroom house has 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, 2 single beds and a cot for a little one. All bedrooms are located on the top floor. The lounge and dining room are open plan, whilst the kitchen is set back and more private. Enjoy the the beautiful sea views from the lounge and main bedroom.
