*Air Conditioning: In the summer, AC is typically not needed as you can open the windows and let air flow (we are at 5000’ of elevation, typical summer highs are 70-78) but we do have a portable ac unit in the master bedroom and second bedroom as needed. It helps to lower the humidity, and it does cool the condo bedrooms well if you like to sleep on a lower temp.
