DETAILED DESCRIPTION
- THE COMMON AREAS (ground floor):
1. Large living room/dining room: Sofas and armchairs for 16+ people, bioethanol fireplace,
big square dinning table for 12 people.
2. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen: 4-range gas stove top, gas oven, large fridge, double sink, 60cm dishwasher, filter coffee & nespresso machine, fruit juicer, blender, water boiler, toaster, sandwich maker and more. There is also a round table for 4-5 people.
3. Small WC.

-THE BEDROOMS
There are 4 bedrooms in the house each one with its own bathroom.
-ROOM #1:
Four steps above the ground floor: 18m2, two large (200x100) beds, spacious closet, private wooden balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower. Upon request, a folding bed (195x75) or a baby cot can be added
-ROOM #2:
The largest (27m2) bedroom. Two 200x100 beds, large closet, fireplace, private balcony, en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower and shower jet. Upon request 1, 2 or even 3 folding beds (195x75) or a baby cot can be added.
- ROOMS #3a-3b:
A suite of two bedrooms and one bathroom, 24m2 in total. Ideal for families with small children. The larger room has two single beds (200x80), the smaller room a bunk bed (two 200x90 beds). Both rooms have a closet. The smaller room leads to the house terrace with 360 degree breathtaking views.
Rooms 2 & 3 are on the top floor. They share a common space with a cabinet, mini fridge and free of charge clothes washer.
-ROOM #4:
25m2 with a separate entrance but also access to the rest of the house. It consists of two semi-separate areas: one with two single beds (200x90) and another with a large sofa bed that turns into a single (200x80) or double bed (200x160). It has its own mini fridge and en suite bathroom with shower. Upon request a baby cot can be added.

-GAMES ROOM
A 22 sq.m. room, separate from the main house with a ping pong table and board games. Rackets and ball provided.

-PICKLEBALL/BASKETBALL COURT
A combined pickleball/basketball court, with only one basket. Please note, the basket hoop is lower than normal, standing at 2.75 m ( 9 feet) instead of 3.05 m (10 feet). Rackets and balls are provided.

-AROUND THE HOUSE
Several tables and lots of chairs, sitting more than 20 people.
Pool chairs and pool towels for all guests.

Guest access
All areas of the house and the estate will be accessible.

Other things to note
To arrive to OLEA BLUE you definitely need a car. If you do not have one and you do not want to rent, we can recommend taxis and vans with drivers. Uber is not always easily available.
