2 Bedrooms 2 Baths:
-On the second floor
+ 1 King bed with nightstands, and 2 USB lamps. 1 Full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and double vanity. Large dresser and closet with plenty of hangars. TV. We do provide disposable eye masks but the room does soak in natural light in the mornings.

1 Full bathroom:

Walk-in shower, and vanity.

* Large sectional couch and 2 comfortable chairs for seating.
* Large smart TV with cable so you may access your subscriptions.

* The main table seats 4 and the large island has 3 stools as well.

Kitchen:

* oven mitts

* k cup coffee machine, with k cups, creamer, and sugar.

Are allowed with a one-time $100 pet fee. Pets must stay off the furniture and go potty outside. All doggie business must be disposed of.

* A basket of card games and books is provided.

* We have 1 outside the front door.

Parking:
* Parking is available on site, 2 cars are allowed to park right out the front of the garage doors. The garage is available.

Supplies:
We will get you started with tp, trash bags, etc. However, you will be responsible for purchasing additional items if needed.

Amenities:
Please review our amenities list to make sure you have everything you may need during your stay. If you need something we don't have we will do our best to get them for you.

Late checkout requires 24-hour notice, and we do our best to accommodate but can't make guarantees.
Luggage drop-off is usually approved.
Check-In- Between 11 and 3, it gives us just enough time to clean up to the CDC Guidelines and do any maintenance upkeep we need to accomplish. We want your stay to be perfect, so we hope you understand and will do out best to accommodate a early check-in.

Other things to note
Parking is limited in this area, please do not park in the neighbors spots. Two spots are available directly in front of the garage. If you need to bring a trailer by chance, there's a lot east of us that is off Rio Grande near Blakes Lotaburger that people have used before. We are not liable for any vehicle damage or missing items.

All natural pesticide is used twice a year to prevent pests. However, New Mexico is either very HOT or quite COLD and this will cause pests to enter for a safe place. We also can get quite good rainfall which will also cause pests to enter. Please know we are spraying and if you see them dead, it means its working.

We absolutely love cats, but we do apologize we cannot host feline friends.
Unauthorized cats will result in a $150 fee.

So much is within walking distance or an under 10-minute drive in the heart of Albuquerque! The newest artisan food hall, Sawmill Market is about a 7-minute walk. Explora Science Center, Tiguex Park, or our Natural History Museum is about a 5-minute drive away. Just south of our home is the historic Old Town Plaza. The neighborhood is 4 minutes to downtown, 8 minutes to the convention center, and about three miles to the Rio Grande Zoo and ABQ Bio Park and Aquarium! The home is just south of the new Sawmill Market featuring artisan foods and shopping, which opened in 2020! Freeway access is very close to getting you anywhere in town.
