super awesome stay with joe, was traveling with my dad and needed a place to rest before another long commute. other bnb’s turned us down but joe was responsive and said he could set it up for us. it was spotless, comfy, and easily accessible with clear instructions. thanks again joe!

We had a wonderful stay at Carl's place - my company was touring in ABQ, so we had a group staying at both the properties. It was perfectly clean, and I appreciated that there were enough bathrooms - no bathroom conflict is great. The checkin was so easy; it's so nice to use a doorcode and not have to remember a key. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, and we enjoyed the stay immensely. Thank you!

Great, highly walkable spot, situated right in the heart of oldtown. I would definitely recommend this place to any family looking to stay in Albuquerque. My only minor comments are that there are some things around the house that could use some updating/TLC and the check out list was a bit over the top. Overall it was a nice stay!

It was a cozy stay for my family and I while in Albuquerque the area was very peaceful and centrally located and our host was friendly and always responsive I would consider staying here again

Doug’s place was comfortable for my wife and 3 kids. The open floor plan was perfect for the kids and the bedrooms were comfortable. The central location made it quick to get anywhere from the biopark, Coronado mall, or even the tram.

Jack's condo was a hidden gem in an oasis. I really loved that it was in a gated community and I felt very safe. It's very close to downtown and Uptown and about 15 min from Balloon Fiesta Park. It was in a perfect location. Jack communicated very well with any questions that I had. I would definitely stay here again if his condo is available.

We needed a place to stay last minute while our home was being worked on. This space was perfect for our family of five and it was located in an area that made it easy to access whatever we needed. As a person who is from this area, anyone coming in from out of town, this would be a good place to stay, because it is close to all of the things Albuquerque has to offer and it's close to the airport. We ran into a last-minute change in our stay because the contractors working on our place ended up needing more time and the host graciously let us extend our stay last minute. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Albuquerque.

We visited this home to spend some time with local family and have a Thanksgiving dinner with them. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and silverware and a few things we forgot that were needed (a skillet and can opener) despite our best efforts to think of everything. We had a great time visiting and plenty of space for us to hang out. The home was perfect for our needs for this trip and Tracey was very helpful any time we had questions. The view is amazing!

The home was very welcoming and well accommodating. The areas were kept clean and the kitchen had everything needed in order to make home cooked meals.

Very cute house with many NM traditional decor & architecture touches. Lots of room, well-appointed kitchen. Excellent coffee shop (for morning) and superb brewpub (for evening) in short walking distance. Note: the roof pops and creaks a lot with heating and cooling but we got used to it pretty fast - might be a consideration for light sleepers, though.

Charming casita full of antiques and art. Comfortable, pleasant outdoor areas, lots of restaurants, shops, galleries, and horses within walking distance. My husband found the bed so comfortable he checked the brand and wants to rider one at home. Owners friendly and responsive.

Great place to stay if you're visiting Albuquerque, especially the Nob Hill area. The house came with everything we needed. Inside remained fairly warm even though there was a cold spell with outside temperatures going under 30 degrees Fahrenheit.

We enjoyed staying at Monica's place for an entire month. The place was very clean, had an abundance of amenities and the neighborhood was very safe. Monica was very responsive with any questions or concerns and the instructions to the place as well as what to expect were very clear. We are already planning to stay again in the future as this was one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed in.

it was a beautiful place. you could se the balloons if you work around the corner. good area to go for a run. my daughter loved the turtles.

This Airbnb was super cozy and comfortable, I felt right at home! The place and temperature was balanced. It came with a stocked spices cabinet which I appreciated, as well as complimentary razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and cotton swabs in the bathroom, as well as shampoo and conditioner, Awesome Place!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Wow! The home is very, very spacious, clean and a great location for our group of 6 and what we needed! We have been doing our Girls trips for nearly 20+ years now and it was nice to have the space, and the number of beds available! The home is good if you have to stay together for 5 rooms since the kitchen and living area are shared spaces. The rooms are neat and clean. The kitchen is also clean. Darron is a great host, very proactive and always answerable to questions.

Our stay was great! My father and grandparents haven’t stayed at an Airbnb before and they loved it! They complimented the house multiple times throughout our stay and I definitely agreed with them! We really enjoyed our stay at serge's place. The neighborhood is very quiet but close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, plenty of closet space for extended stays. Used the kitchen a bit and was nice having a washer and dryer available. Nice carport and backyard area.
