The 30×12 saltwater pool is a true standout, offering resort-style space rarely found on Oak Island .
This private beach retreat welcomes you through lush tropical landscaping to a 10-foot-deep front porch featuring a three-person porch swing, hammock, and two distinct seating areas. Start your day with coffee and birdsong, spot the neighborhood foxes, enjoy sunset drinks, read a book, or simply reconnect with friends and family.
Step inside to a charming sitting room highlighted by a massive, locally hand-painted ocean mural. At the back of the home, a large game room with TV, foosball, and multiple conversation areas creates space to unwind. With two separate living rooms, adults and kids can enjoy time together—or apart. Early risers can play foosball while others sleep peacefully. The home includes 2.5 indoor bathrooms plus an oversized outdoor shower.
Outdoor living shines here: a 350-square-foot screened porch, oversized back deck for lounging and dining, covered gas grill area, and a high-top bar perfect for poolside drinks. Relax in sun or shade with in-ground umbrellas, chaise loungers, Adirondack chairs, and a custom boat-style couch.
Inside, the home is modern, freshly painted, and spotless, with tasteful beach décor throughout. Enjoy new, comfortable beds along with fresh linens and beach towels. The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need.

There is off street parking in the driveway and gravel parking pad and the neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and filled with greenery and nature that is hard to find at the beach! There is a convenient outdoor plug for golf carts. The intracoastal is a few minutes walk and the beach is a 15 minute walk over bridges through the marsh on the environmental pathway or a 4 minute drive to free beach parking. Restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream and donuts are all an easy bike ride away on our 4 provided bikes.

Neighborhood highlights
Oak Island is simply amazing! People are relaxed and kind, the beach is stunning, and the seafood is delicious. Between the glorious ocean, marshes and intracoastal, restaurants and fun, I’ll bet you never want to leave. Don't come looking for glitz or boardwalks. Come for fishing, swimming, relaxing, golf, food and adventure. Look for nearshore and offshore fishing charters, and golf courses on Oak Island and nearby Boiling Springs.
Our neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and filled with greenery and nature that is hard to find at the beach! On summer friday nights, we love biking to the Friday night free concert series at Middletown Park to dance, eat and drink. The point is an amazing place to fish, search for seashells, paddleboard and wade. The intracoastal is also great for kayaking and paddleboarding. Kids will enjoy mini-golf, the new playground and splash pad.
Southport is a quick drive away and full of restaurants and quaint shops. Baldhead Island is a great adventure. You take the ferry and rent a golf cart on the car-less island.
