• Dogs must be crated when left unattended
• No pets on furniture or beds
• Pets are not permitted in the pool
• Guests are responsible for all pet waste cleanup (yard, deck, and beach access areas)
Unauthorized Pets:
Bringing undisclosed or unauthorized pets will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee, in addition to any extra cleaning, sanitization, or replacement costs caused by pet-related contamination (including bedding, furniture, rugs, upholstery, pool area, and outdoor furnishings).
Service Animals:
Guests traveling with a service animal must notify the host prior to booking. While service animals are not subject to pet fees, guests remain responsible for any damage or extraordinary cleaning required as a result of the stay.
The home is professionally inspected after each stay. Any violations discovered during post-checkout inspection may result in additional charges.
