Large luxurious barndominium in a beautiful country setting right outside of the city limits. This 2,400 sqft space is open concept with full kitchen, one full size bathroom, living area, dining table, washer/dryer, ping pong table and sleeping loft. The loft has two twin size bunk beds and two private queen size bedrooms off to either side. This property is shared with two other Airbnb rentable units with a large private pond down below with shared dock. No parties over 10 guests allowed.

The space
Loft space: Two non-private twin size bunk beds, two private bedrooms with queen size bed, fans and tv’s in each. Main floor: One bathroom with one sink and bathtub/shower, toilet. Full size kitchen with fridge, sink & disposal, dishwasher, oven/stove, large island with barstools. Storage closet holding most kitchen items. Stackable Washer/dryer, desktop counter workspace with barstools. Dining table area, ping pong table, large leather sectional couch, coffee table in living area. Smart TV & WiFi. Covered patio’s, 4 Adirondack chairs, fire pit available, outside bar counter with 4 barstools. Shared yard space with other two units on property. Large private pond on lower part of property, with shared dock. 2 kayaks, and dock swing available for guests use. No parties over 10 people allowed or it will result in a fine. The barndominium is private for booked guests only. But property it’s on is shared with two other Airbnb units owned by hosts. Barn has private parking. All guests will have access to explore the property with the exception of approaching near the other units. Large pond on property is privately owned but shared among the 3 units including dock, kayaks and swing. Fishing is allowed. Swimming in pond is allowed but at guests own risk. Wildlife can be seen and found venturing on property including but not limited to deer, hogs, beavers, geese, owls, birds, snakes, common rodents known to area.
