Our Abode is one of the few Subic daily rental homes that can comfortably entertain large parties of up to 14 guests. For your convenience and safety, our Abode is one of the most secure and private communities in all of the Subic Freeport area, Trillo Bay Villas, with its own security team to help ensure the safety of you and your loved ones.
Our Abode is a 180 SQM 3 bedroom 3.5 full bath tri-level townhouse with a separate drivers room and half bath, built along the highest peaks of the SBFZ area to give our guests beautiful, stunning, and rejuvenating experiences of the tranquil Subic Bay area. The unit has been newly renovated to offer our guests luxury, comfort, and value all wrapped into our Abode. We have also furnished our Abode with specifically chosen furnishings that will help you destress and truly enjoy the time with your loved ones. From the HD big screen TVs, music sound bars, complete kitchen, outdoor grill, it’s our mission to help our guests to relax and just get away!
Looking for the ultimate staycation getaway? Our Abode delivers! We aim to provide the ultimate family entertainment! We have provided a full-size billiard table set along the scenic views of Subic Bay so you can play a game or two while experiencing the tranquil and soothing ocean breeze from the bay. A professional dart board setup has also been provided to test your skills, and sometimes patience :) A variety of classic board games are also complimentary for our guests to enjoy. Last but not least, we also have included a 6-foot, full-sized arcade game console for our young and young at heart guests :) Our guests will enjoy thousands of their favorite retro arcade and home console games from their childhood. Our guests love the nostalgia they get when they play the games that brought them so much joy in their younger days. So go ahead and shop till you drop or dine at your favorite restaurant knowing that your loved ones are safe and sound in our Abode and are having a blast!
Food is a representation of Ohana and our complete kitchen allows our guests to share the love by allowing you to cook your favorite dishes for your family. Our kitchen helps save a few pesos by staying "home" for dinner! Our kitchen is equipped with a full four-burner stove, oven/air fryer, cold water dispenser, full-sized refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, basic cooking utensils (pots and pans), plates, and eating utensils. We also provide basic seasonings such as salt, pepper, and sugar just in case you forget yours :) Our Abode also offers an additional outside open-air kitchen that is perfect for grilling, enjoying your favorite wines, relaxing to your favorite music jams, all with the scenic views and refreshing ambiance of Subic Bay as your backdrop!
Looking for comfort and convenience while on your Subic getaway? We have you covered! Each of our 3 bedrooms is equipped with Smart TVs and music sound bars so you can truly Netflix and YouTube all you can! Our Master bedroom is furnished with a Full King size bed, refrigerator, water dispenser, coffee maker, to give the ultimate comfort to the patriarchs of your Ohana! The other 2 bedrooms are furnished with queen and double beds as well as spacious daybeds for extra guests. Each room comes equipped with air conditioners and fans to accommodate you and your loved ones in complete comfort.
The bathrooms and showers are very spacious and have recently been remodeled to make your stay as comfortable as can be. So go ahead and enjoy a long refreshing warm shower, you deserve it!
Have a little work to do while on your getaway? We’re here to help. The Abode has high a high-speed internet mesh router system to handle all your work and education high-speed bandwidth needs. Each bedroom has a full workstation which includes a desk, office lamp, and office chair to get you in the business state of mind. You won’t be missing a business beat while staying in our Abode.
Our Ohana Abode is conveniently located in the middle of many Subic Bay attractions. It is a 20-minute drive to award-winning restaurants, value-packed duty-free shopping, as well as Ayala and SM malls. Do beaches tickle your fancy? Conveniently, resorts such as Camayan, Anvaya Cove, Acea, and All Hands Beach are all within 20 minutes of our Nook.
Our Abode offers 2 dedicated parking spots to our unit and there are plenty of additional spaces for more cars in your group if needed. The parking is free and conveniently located a short distance to our Abode. We also want you to have the best experience possible while staying with us. We will provide you with all your basic needs like clean sheets, shower towels, shampoo, and soap. We don't offer any single-use items, please bring your own personal items, and if you plan to visit the local beaches, please bring your own beach towels.
While you're staying at our relaxing retreat, enjoy unlimited access to Netflix. Our high-speed fiber internet service will keep up with all your binge-watching and gaming needs!
The newly renovated community pool is a short 5-6 minute scenic walk away. The cost to swim is 300 pesos per adult and 150 per child and a full snack bar is available. Family cabanas are also available for use while at the pool. Remember to bring your own towels, provided towels are for in-room use only. The pool includes a full-time lifeguard and if you’re a thrill-seeker, a waterslide :) You can't beat the comfort, convenience, and memories your Ohana will make while spending time together in our pool.
Please note that all bathrooms and bedrooms in this property require stairs. This is not a PWD friendly property.
Our Abode is in high demand because of the value, location, and “Ohana” we provide. Our unit is one of very few that can accommodate large groups comfortably. Beaches are a short drive away. All Hands Beach is a 7 minute drive and Camayan is about 15 minutes away by car. All Beaches in SBMA have an entry fee.
The community pool is managed by Crown Peak and is available for guest use with a small fee per person, per day. The pool also has cabanas available for rent as well as a snack bar.
Other things to note
We are pet friendly, we accept a maximum of 2 small pets per booking at any given time.
The community pool is managed by a 3rd party company, and may be closed for maintenance without notice due to unexpected events like damage or weather related events.
This is a 3-level town house, not PWD friendly. All bathrooms and bedrooms require stairs.
